This is where the two P12 files are created. I'm proposing that the two passwords (for the P12 files) are specified by the user in the pre-enrollment step, and saved by the back-end for use in this step (to avoid interrupting the flow while the user tries to think up two good passwords here).

At this point, the back-end knows the filename and folder for the the two P12s it just created -- and also knows the two PWs (can be same for both), which the user specified in the pre-enrollment step.

Saving the P12 File

This step will save the P12 file 

to a folder on your computer.
